Because every original is one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged, email me immediately with photos — I'll make it right.

Prints & Merch

If something arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, reach out within 14 days of delivery. I'll replace it or work something out. I want you to be happy with what you got.

Digital Products

Digital downloads are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

Commissions

Commission deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. If you need to cancel before I start, I'll refund your deposit in full.
