I'm a painter and illustrator from Amarillo currently based in Denton. I make expressive, confrontational work — portraits and figures that feel like they're looking back at you.

I work in acrylics, charcoal, oil, and mixed media. Most of my paintings start as a feeling I can't shake and end up on canvas before I fully understand them. That's the part I like.
